A great Story - Our new cadet Tom!

Kiwi Leaders and Kiwifruit Processing Company are extremely proud to announce our first successful Cadet to the KPC Cadetship Programme, Thomas Hohepa!

Tom began his journey with KPC earlier this month, officially starting the 3-year cadetship programme on June 13th, 2022. 

Tom comes to us from PinPoint Hort Lab Services where he worked as a Lab Technician and night-shift Team Leader, leading and supporting his team to process kiwifruit samples for maturity testing.  His background also includes over 10 years experience across various roles in whole foods and pet foods industries.

Of the several applicants, Tom was selected out of the bunch for his keen and positive attitude, willingness to learn and be developed and openness to new experiences.
