Nutritionally, kiwifruit is packed full of vitamins, minerals and fibre, making it a superfood. Our kiwifruit puree and seed is the perfect healthy, flavourful addition for a range of food products. Green kiwifruit has a sweet flavour profile underpinned by a sour-tart taste. Gold kiwifruit is less tart with a more tropical flavour. Both lend themselves extremely well for both sweet and savoury foods.
A flavour to suit all applications
Kiwifruit puree is used in sweet foods such as jams, dessert toppings, yoghurt and ice-cream.
Our puree is also suitable as an ingredient in salad dressings, mild sauces, hot sauces and marinades. The dressings are very popular across the Asia region and provide a tasty addition to many a salad or meat dish. In its simplest form the green puree may be simply used in the meat industry assisting in many tenderising processes.
Our commonly supplied frozen fresh 20kg cartons can be simply defrosted in a controlled environment and added to any recipe. We also offer other sized packaging and supply this based on the food processor capability.
Kiwifruit seeds add variety
An exciting addition to our range is our globally renowned kiwifruit seeds. The seeds can be simply added to a huge food range. This range includes jams, yoghurts, icecream and a variety of baked products. Kiwifruitz supplies both green and gold seeds to suit the food recipe requirement and packaged from 1kg to 125kg.
